His impeccable swing demonstrated the progress of his rehab. Skipper Ron Washington revealed on July 4th that Trout had started running on a regular treadmill. Now Trout has provided evidence of his recovery to the fans.

Mike Trout has been sidelined since April due to a torn meniscus. Although his return was initially expected in June, the unexpectedly slow recovery has delayed it until the end of July. Despite his absence from the field, Trout has remained a significant presence in the clubhouse of the struggling Los Angeles Angels, who currently stand at 36-50, making a playoff finish seem unlikely.
