When trouble wants to find a person, it usually does. Intentional or not, it can find a way more leisurely to reach into a person’s life. Well, that’s what happened with the former Yankee, Alex Rodriguez. The man who has played mostly for the New York Yankees, has had his fair share of troubles during the time he played. But it seems like whatever he does, somehow, he wounds up getting into problems.

MLB postseason is going on, and the Yankees, Astros, Phillies, and Padres, are going against each other for the World Series ring. Game three of the Phillies and Padres happened last night, and the Phillies are leading the NLCS by 2-1.

A recent picture posted by the former Yankee has landed him in trouble with his fans. Because apparently, loyalty to the team, even after retiring, means the most.

What picture landed Alex Rodriguez in trouble with his fans?

Alex ‘A-Rod’ Rodriguez got himself clicked with the mascot of the Philadelphia Phillies. Sitting beside Phillie Phanatic, Rodriguez looked rather happy. What might have landed him into trouble was the caption on the picture.

He wrote“My new bestie.” Rodriguez’s team, the New York Yankees, is playing in the ALCS against the Houston Astros. Therefore, when he got clicked with the team’s mascot, with whom the Yankees might play the World Series, fans certainly, did not like it.

Only a picture with the mascot of a rival team while calling him a bestie, has landed Alex in trouble with his fans. One can wonder easily what would have happened had A-Rod got clicked with Phillies’ players or in its jersey.

User Gianna on Instagram reminded Alex that he still is a Yankee, “Hey you are a YANKEE !!” Meanwhile, a couple of users wanted to unfollow. One said, “That’s one way to lose followers,” while the other said, “Nope. Unfollow. LFGSD.”

But does the mascot remembers who beat Phillies in World Series ’09? A user wanted Alex to ask Phanatic, “Ask the Phanatic how he likes kissing your 2009 ring,” the other said, “Did he forget 2009? Lol.”

Or Alex doing stuff like this is the reason why people boo him? Or did they? “o y’all made up for 2009?” Or is he, another user said, “Bruh ur soooo against the Phillies.”
