MLB franchise Houston Astros are coming off a tremendous World Series win in the 2023 season. They brought the same winning energy in spring training and played exceptionally game. However, when the ultimate showdown is now less than a week away, the Astros last night put on a thrashing show for its fans that left them stunned.
The 2022 world champ, clashed against the St Louis Cardinals last night and wrapped up the game with a gigantic win of 24-1. A win by this margin is not common; hence, the fans erupted in emotion right before the Opening Day of the 2023 regular season.

The Astros playing this well in spring training shows how prepared they are for the upcoming season. They emerged as the strongest team in 2022 and took the world series away from the Phillies easily. And now, with the same energy, they are about to be back in the field to chase yet another champion. 24-1 is a score that would feel unbelievable to anyone hearing it at first. Therefore, fans were shocked to see it in real and believed that only the Astros could do it, but they still asked them to save some runs for next week, i.e., for the regular season.
