New York Yankees’ captain Aaron Judge is on his way toward greatness, and every incident happening every now and then gives proof of the same. Judge has some pretty big shoes to fill after getting named captain, the position last held by the baseball legend Derek Jeter. And a recent gesture from the current captain himself toward the rookie player Anthony Volpe has fans believing that he’s the perfect man for the job. 

Being a captain comes with countless perks and responsibilities, but staying a team player and taking care of the rest of the team is always the most important of them all. Hence, to make the fan-favorite rookie Anthony Volpe feel comfortable, Judge spent a minor fraction of his $360 million that is now winning the hearts of the Yankees fans.

According to the reporter Brandon Kuty, the moment when Volpe was getting fitted for his first suit to wear on road trips, the tailor told something to the rookie that must have left the young athlete smiling. Talkin Yanks reported that at the time Volpe put out his wallet to pay, the tailor said that All Rise Aaron Judge had already called and covered the charges.

Although it was a small gesture from Judge, it must have left a big impact on Volpe after hearing the words from his tailor. And as soon as this news went up on Twitter, fans started cheering for BAJ for making this incredibly sweet gesture.
