Derek Jeter was more than a player for the New York Yankees. He became an MLB legend at a very young age. Jeter and the Yankees helped each other grow. When Jeter made his big league debut, the Yankees were going through a rough phase. They had not won a single World Series title in the last 15 years.

Derek Jeter brought a new vibe to the team, a winning mentality that the Pinstripes lacked for years. The same team that had not won a World Series title in the last 15 years went out to win five World Series titles in the next 15 years after Jeter’s arrival. Derek Jeter opened up about the best MLB team ever
