Judge discussed how his wife Samantha reminded him of the predictions that he made over a decade ago. And the Yankees’ star jokingly admitted that those predictions should not come out.

What were the predictions that Aaron Judge made in high school?

In an interview with TIME magazine, which awarded Aaron Judge with the title of ‘Athlete of the year’, the outfielder talked about the predictions his wife, Samantha Bracksieck, reminded him about. Seemingly in 2010, only two things mattered to Judge. One was getting married to Samantha, and the other was playing for the San Francisco Giants.

“I said, in 10 years, I’ll be married to Sam,” Judge said while talking to TIME. “and playing for the San Francisco Giants.” Judge smiles. “I was like, that’d better not get out.”

Notably, his one prediction came true in 2021 when Judge married the love of his life, Samantha. However, after signing the 9-year contract with Pinstripes, he might never play for the Giants.

Currently, Judge is 30 years old, and by the time his contract with the Yankees will expire, he will be 39. And from that point, it is almost impossible for the Yankees slugger to pursue his dream of playing for the Giants.
