Similarly, Houston Astros fans at Minute Maid Park didn’t greet the visiting Pinstripes in warmth, and boos surrounded the park on multiple occasions.

Throughout the game, the Bronx Bombers were victims of boos and chants from the bleachers. While talking about that after the 4-2 Yankee loss, two-time All-Star pitcher Luis Severino spoke about the hate against the?Yankees, which isn’t restricted to Houston, but spreads all across the country.

How did Luis Severino humiliate Tampa fans?

While talking about the same Yankee hate, Severino found a way to roast the Tampa Bay Rays, and their fans, who, according to him, manage to find some love for the Pinstripes.

Luis Severino responded to the hostile Houston environment by satirically roasting the Tampa Bay Rays. He said, “Everywhere we go, we’re not liked. It’s not here, it’s everywhere. It’s going to be the same if we go to Boston. The only place that likes us a little bit is Tampa, because they don’t have a lot of fans there. They don’t like us because they think we can win.”

Notably, the second ALCS game begins tomorrow, and the Pinstripes would look forward to changing the flow of momentum by beating the undefeatable Houston Astros at their home in Minute Maid Park.

Both the Yankees and the Astros have been consistent with their postseason appearances in recent history. That being said, since 2015, the Astros have strongly established themselves as one of the strongest teams in the MLB with one World Series, two World Series appearances, and two Championship Series appearances, and now, in 2022, where they compete for another World Series.

On the other hand, the Pinstripes have made three Championship Series appearances since 2015, including?2022, and they’ve taken on the Astros in each. In the Championship Series from 2017 to 2019, the Astros comfortably walked past the Pinstripes.
