Clayton Kershaw surpasses Don Sutton for most strikeouts in the Dodgers’ history

He needed just four strikeouts to surpass the Dodgers legend and a Hall of Famer, Don Sutton’s 2696 career strikeouts for the Dodgers. And guess what? Kershaw not only broke Sutton’s record, but he touched the 2700 career strikeouts mark.

Talking about his achievement and sheer consistency, the Dodgers manager Dave Roberts was all praise for his ace. He said that it speaks volumes about his longevity and consistency. And getting this achievement in front of home fans, it made even more special.
