Sometime during the game, when Peralta was pitching, a female fan behind him shouted, “strike him out,” at least twice. Within a few seconds, Peralta delivered upon his fan’s wish and struck out the hitter in front of him.
Which then prompted the same fan to shout with happiness, “YESSS!!” And with this win, the Yanks earned their third consecutive win of the season, winning over the Giants, Phillies, and Orioles. The Yanks have played only eight games till now and have won five of them to win over the three teams.
