New York Yankees captain Aaron Judge proved last season that he has some of the best hitting skills in the league. And with the ultimate showdown, the opening day being less than a week away, Judge’s defensive skills have left fans amazed. Last night, the New York Yankees played against the Minnesota Twins in what will be one of the last spring training games. And even though the Yanks lost, Aaron Judge’s laser throw to get an out at second base became one of the most important moments in the game. 

As soon as the clip of Aaron Judge’s laser throw from the center field went up on Twitter, it went viral within moments. Aside from leaving fans amazed by the iconic throw on the plate, Judge left the fanbase excited for opening day.

Up until this season, the sixteenth captain of the Bronx Bombers was set to play only in the outfield. Since change is inevitable, this season, he started to play in the left field. And with this throw, he showed how capable he is of playing as an outfielder and also as a left fielder. As amazed as the fans are by looking at Judge’s laser throw, they are also excited about the opening day.

Not long ago, the New York Post revealed that the Yanks’ management has now named a burger after him. Named 99, the delicacy will only be available at the home games of the Yankees. Also, it will be in limited quantities.
