Talking about one of the most renowned celebrity artists, Romero Britto is the name. Throughout his career, his pictures have been a piece of walking art. Ranging from a collaboration with the Miami Heat to Tom Brady with his ex-wife, Gisele Bundchen, his paintings have been mesmerizing and admirable. Exploring his recent artwork, the City of Miami was graced by him. Indeed, Britto has always admired the Heat and when he got to work with them, he was quick to reach their club shop, making sketch-work and hanging out with the players. This time, he moved his brush toward the MLB league, and guess what? Shohei Ohtani was on his wishlist.

Not many MLB players have got the chance to get themselves painted by Romero Britto. However, as a generational talent, Shohei Ohtani was truly an exception for Britto. He painted Shohei Ohtani, striking a familiar pose. Holding his bellowed baseball bat and daunting the Dodger’s t-shirt, the artist added a few of his own elements to the frame with a multicolored background with different patterns and textures. Admiring his picture and offering a thankful gesture, Ohtani posted the pic on his social media handle story.

Shohei Ohtani deserves the artwork by Romero Britto!

Shohei Ohtani with the Los Angeles Dodgers is slowly becoming a match made in heaven. Since the club re-signed Ohtani, offering a staggering $700M deal, everything has gone right for the two parties. The 29-year-old two-way player is often regarded as one of the best players in baseball history. Often compared with Babe Ruth, his achieving the American League Most Valuable Player award twice shows his utter potential. Other than being an individual milestone player, he has also proved to be a team man. With the injury of Mookie Betts, Ohtani will take the lead hitter’s role, facing the left and right-handed pitchers.

Additionally, leaving his on-field achievements, off the field, he has been a gem of a person. On New Year’s Day, Ohtani donated an undisclosed amount to the Peninsula region struck by a severe earthquake. More to it, last year, he donated 60,000 baseball gloves to the Japanese primary schools. Unlike any other player, Shohei Ohtani has established himself as an almost perfect MLB player- a great-gestured human, and a guy who cannot do much wrong!
