In 2012, shortly after Jeter and Minka Kelly’s relationship concluded, the Yankees’ shortstop started dating model Hannah Davis. Their first interaction was through mutual friends, after which their relationship took off to a quiet start. Eventually, in May 2015, the couple made their first Met Gala appearance together. A few months later, through a blog post about his dog, Kane, Jeter announced his engagement to Hannah Davis.

In July 2016, the couple married. Today, the couple are parents of three daughters, River, Story, and Bella.
