Speaking in the interview, Shea said, “And all the buzz in Linden, which is Aaron Judge’s hometown,? he grew up a Giants’ fan, is he’s coming home. So whether the Giants hand him up, it’s another thing. Because he’s got a worth $300 million. Right? He turned down more than 200, $213.5 over seven. So you figure, well, he’ll probably want maybe eight.”?

Shea added, saying, “There is all kinds of bidding between the Giants and Yankees. And last time these two teams were headed for a high-profile guy was CC Sabathia. And what did Brian Cashman do? He flew into the Bay Area, drove over to Vallejo, and said, ‘we’ll give you an extra year.’ So he went to the Yankees. You see, Yankees can outspend anybody, but the Giants are going to be all in on this man.”?

Judge made his MLB debut with the Yankees in 2016 and has smashed 220 career total home runs since then. This year, he became the highest seasonal home run scorer in the American League with 62 homers. Judge is also a four-time All-Star player.?
