Rob Manfred echoes reverse boycotts with an average MLB crowd!

MLB has not shared anything on the whole situation surrounding Oakland Athletics. But recently MLB commissioner interacted with the media, where he was asked about “the reverse boycott” staged by the A’s fans. Talkin’ Baseball shared the clip of Manfred answering the question with a caption, “Here?s video of Rob Manfred?s quotes from earlier today about the A?s reverse boycott.”

A reporter asked Manfred, “Did you watch the game on Tuesday when the fans came out with a reverse boycott?” Manfred replied, “I was actually at a dinner with the owners.” They then asked him if he saw the coverage or not.

I saw a mission of that. You know, I mean, it was great. It’s great to see what is this year, almost an average major league baseball crowd in the facility for one night. That’s a great thing.”
