He became the first-ever MLB player to have an 8-RBI game and a 13-strikeout game in a career. And what is more remarkable about this record is that he achieved it in consecutive days.

Taking to Twitter, a former Yankee, CC Sabathia, heaped praise on the two-way phenom. He said, “2 HRs and 8 RBIs one night…13 Ks and 2 hits allowed the next night with a W…Shohei Ohtani is ridiculous!”

If he keeps performing like this, then every other player should forget about winning the AL MVP this season. The season is far from being over, and he already has 15 home runs from the plate and 90 strikeouts from the mound.
