Unfortunately, his heroic efforts went into vain as Argentina won the game in the end.

One interesting thing that turned heads during the match was the rare photo of Mbappé donning a baseball jersey. Soon after Mbappe’s heroics on the field, baseball fans started cheering for him. However, soon as the match turned against his team, the comments on the rare picture also took a turn for the bad.

For those unversed, French forward had come to the Dodger Stadium three years ago, in June 2019. There he not only threw out the ceremonial pitch but also hung out with many players. In short, it can be said that the soccer star player indeed had a great time visiting the Dodgers ballpark.

Notably, the fans loved it at first. But as the match took a turn, it triggered fans’ disappointment.

Fans’ disappointment can be understood. But it can also be said that the FIFA World Cup Final wouldn’t have been as interesting as it was if it wasn’t for PSG forward Kylian Mbappé.

Ever since he made his career debut internationally, he has won over twenty awards; two of which came from last night’s game.
