It’s not even half of the baseball season, and the excitement is already at its peak. Apart from the MLB community, the craze for baseball games has reached the F1 community this season. Well, the Red Bull F1 star Sergio Perez has surprised and confused baseball fans at the same time with his latest appearance.

Being the divisional rivals, the San Diego Padres and San Francisco Giants share one of the oldest rivalries in the league. But when it comes to Perez, the Red Bull driver is probably not sure which team to root for; at least his recent appearance says so.

What did Sergio Perez do to make the baseball fans confused?

Perez made an attempt to show off his excitement for a doubleheader series this weekend between the San Diego Padres and the San Francisco Giants. To do so, he got himself clicked wearing a jersey of the Padres with his nickname “Checo” and number 11 on the back.

However, the amusing thing is that not far away from him was a Giants jersey with his nickname on it. Alongside this, a Padres hat and gloves could also be seen in front of him. 

As soon as this picture went up on Twitter, fans started to go ballistic over him to choose one of the teams and be done with it. However, from the looks of the smile on his face, it does not seem to look like happening anytime soon.
