The slump that New York Yankees are facing this season is not hidden, and certainly not from the fans. But a few recent changes made by the team management has the fans in seventh heaven. The Yankees have stepped up their game by having Oswald Peraza called to play in the Majors. It might be the change that fans thought the Yankees needed to get out of this year’s slump.

With a nice head-start in the first half of this season, the Yankees have now won 79 games. And have lost more than half a century (52).
What changes are made by the New York Yankees?
The Pinstripes’ management is up for some significant and required changes in the team. Very recently, the management has promoted their top prospect, shortstop Anthony Volpe to the Triple-A, the highest level of play in the Minor Leagues.

Besides this, they have also called up the shortstop Oswald Peraza from the Minors to make his debut in the Major League. It might be the change the team required to get out of the recent slump and get back in its previous form.
I’m very excited that Peraza is getting the call. He should be playing damn near every day like Cabrera. He’s going to help. With that said, the every day vets need to do their jobs now. It’s the final stretch and they’ve been subpar for a while. Peraza isn’t a savior.

Contrary to the fans thinking that this change might ‘save the team’, the director of ‘The Captain,’ Randy Wilkins, thinks that Peraza will help the team for sure, but he is not a savior. The team has been subpar for a while now, and Peraza is probably going to help.
Fans not only think that Peraza will help, but they are also overjoyed to see a fresh face on the team. And looks pretty sure that this is what the team needed.

Some of the fans think that the team is late in making these changes, but it still is good.
