And yet again, the feud continued with Carey throwing shade over her bitter rival, Jennifer Lopez. Before the ex-couple’s coincidental run in 2017, they had met earlier in 2005. During her visit to the Shea Stadium in Queens, NYC, Lopez with then-husband Marc Anthony had met A-Rod during a Mets vs Yankees game. About her first meeting with Rodriguez, she has said that with the handshake she had felt a spark between the two.
