Apart from the LA Dodgers, the New York Mets and Philadelphia Phillies are two such teams from the National League who can defeat any MLB side on any given day. Be it their roster strength or current form, the Phillies and Mets have been equally good this season, especially after the All-Star break.

Currently, the two NL sides are on a winning spree. The Mets have won five games in a row, while the Phillies have also won six straight games. And when Cohen asked Hernandez if he hates the Phillies, the Mets broadcaster said, “They never seem to disappoint. Over the years ? and they?re hot right now, so, I?d like to see them ? but as far as fundamentally, defensively, the Phillies have always been just not up to it.?

When talking about the Mets, they have become even stronger after Jacob deGrom?s return from his injury. With Max Scherzer and Jacob deGrom, the Mets have two of the best pitchers playing for their side.
