Two-way phenom Shohei Ohtani, entered the new season with a blast, by winning the 2023 World Baseball Classic playing for Team Japan. Playing in the WBC tournament was extra special for the athlete, since represented his home country in front of the entire world. While doing so, Shotime also got the chance to meet his teammates from when he played in Nippon Professional Baseball, and some other up-and-coming players as well.?
Recently, one of his teammates from Team Japan of WBC 2023 debuted in Major League Baseball as the regular season commenced on March 30. Shotime met up with Yoshida as his opponent in Fenway Park merely a day ago. But as the two former teammates reunited, the Red Sox Nation started to cheer for this duo, given the fact that the two may be on the same team pretty soon.?
