Controversies have marked the entire season for the Oakland Athletics. The team has been in highlights for the wrong reasons only. It all started after the A’s Owner John Fisher decided to shift the bases from Oakland to Las Vegas. The A’s fans opposed the move with protests that rocked the MLB world. It seemed these would put a break on the move. The passage of the bill providing money worth $380 million for this move damped the voices of dissent. Notably, the approval came even after criticism from the public, paving the way for the Athletics management to furnish a 1.5 billion dream.

But according to the latest reports, the situation has not completely turned in favor of the A’s. The Nevada citizens, who have opposed this move, are working to stop this project with a big call. What is their exact plan? Let us understand the entire situation regarding A’s move to Las Vegas!

According to www.si.com, NSEA (Nevada State Education Association) has filed for a political action committee. They have named it “Schools Over Stadiums.” The objective is to stop public funding for a baseball stadium. They plan to put this into litigation to allow Nevadans to vote against the state-funded project.
