The management’s move to shift the Oakland Athletics to Las Vegas had shaken the baseball community. Now they have added more pain with a move which was not accepted by them so soon. It came as a congratulatory message from the Athletics after the Vegas Golden Knights became the 2023 Stanley Cup Champions.

Journalist Mick Akers shared this update on his Twitter handle. It read, “The @Athletics have digital billboards running in Las Vegas congratulating the @GoldenKnights on their Stanley Cup championship.”

This update has raised everyone’s eyebrows. Given that the A’s move to Las Vegas is still in the initial stages and yet to get multiple approvals, including from MLB, the billboard move is surprising.
