The $22.5 dollars mansion on Davis Islands got referred to as ‘St. Jetersburg.’ On the other hand, NFL royalty Tom Brady joined the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2020. So he had to move down to Florida along with his family. Therefore, Jeter rented out his mansion to Brady.

Truex told reporters, “They used to park in my driveway to come down to his house.”
A new residence in place with significant changes
The new residence to be built in place will be four-six feet higher than Jeter’s mansion. The decision got made in regard to flood elevation requirements.
