Yankees legend Derek Jeter’s Tampa Bay mansion is in the news once again. Recently, a brief report of the shortstop’s Tampa mansion getting demolished came out. With it, surfaced multiple information relating to the beautiful mansion. The mansion was also once home to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ star player Tom Brady.

‘The Captain’ bought the property originally in 2005 and put it in for remodeling later. He lived in the house for a couple of years before moving to Miami with his family in 2017. Three years after Mr. November’s moving out, NFL star Tom Brady and his wife Gisele Bundchen rented the Tampa mansion from Derek Jeter. Brady rented the mansion before he signed with the Buccaneers for the 2020 season.

The rent paid by Tom Brady was kept confidential!

By looking at the house and the amenities that it encompasses, it is obvious that the monthly rent for it would not be a small amount. Although the rent of the beautiful mansion never got revealed officially, somehow, something got leaked, and a rough amount got revealed.?

The house was said to have a rent of roughly $75,000 each month. A listing agent also said that the two players, who are longstanding friends, had an agreement in place that allowed Jeter to “list, promote, display, and sell the property for sale” while Brady was there.

A year after Brady moved in, the shortstop sold the waterfront property for a massive price of $22.5 million after listing it on the market for $29 million.?

Because of commercial purposes, the beautiful Tampa mansion is in the process to get demolished.?Consisting of 7 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, the manor has a gym, movie theater, and heated spa. It also has two boat lifts, a saltwater pool, an outdoor kitchen, two three-car garages, a clubroom by the main common area with a full bar, and a pool table. The person in charge of designing the beautiful mansion was none other than the Hall of Famer Derek Jeter himself.?
