Notably, Derek Jeter once owned a 7-bedroom house that surfaced 1.25 acres along a Tampa waterfront. Before selling that house for a whopping $22.5 million last year, Derek Jeter had rented out the house to two super-bowl champions.

Which NFL stars lived in Jeter’s Tampa home?

Back in 2020, when Tom Brady moved to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the seven-time Super Bowl Champion, rented out Captain Jeter’s luxurious mansion in Tampa. During the same year, tainted wide receiver, Antonio Brown, arrived at The Bucs.

Owing to this new potential on-field relationship, Brady invited Brown to live with him in Captain Clutch’s mansion. Jay Glazer reported, “He’s [Antonio Brown] actually been staying at Tom Brady’s house. And Tom has actually been helping him off the field as well — lining him up with people to help him, including people like Tony Robbins.”

All in all, before hitting the field with Tom Brady, Antonio Brown had to construct a friendly dynamic with Derek Jeter as well.

Why did Derek Jeter leave the Miami Marlins?

Back in September 2017, Derek Jeter purchased a 4% stake in the MLB National League’s Miami Marlins franchise. Despite a minimum stake, Jeter became Marlin’s CEO. Under Jeter’s leadership, the Marlins broke their 17-year-long, postseason drought. And reached the division series, where they lost to the Braves.

Unfortunately, the Marlin-Jeter association didn’t last too long. And earlier this year, the Yankee captain, announced the conclusion of his relationship with the Miami Marlins. In the official announcement, Jeter said, “We had a vision five years ago to turn the Marlins franchise around, and as CEO, I have been proud to put my name and reputation on the line to make our plan a reality.”
