Rihanna’s Super Bowl Show-Stopper Finds an Empathizer in Talented MLB Shortstop’s Pregnant Wife

After going through a lot of turmoil in the off-season, Twins’ shortstop Carlos Correa and his wife are embracing the next chapter of their lives. The couple, aside from getting ready for the upcoming MLB season, is gearing up to become parents to their second child. Not long ago, the baseball player’s wife, Daniella Rodriguez, threw a massive brunch party to celebrate the arrival of their baby boy. Plus, after one of the biggest events of the year, the NFL’s Superbowl LVII, a piece of recent news has come to light about the iconic performer of the Superbowl’s halftime show, Queen of Caribbean, Rihanna.

During her exemplary performance, she proudly announced her second pregnancy while performing many of her songs. Relating to one of those songs during her 15-minute fantastic performance, the MLB player’s wife took to Instagram to show how connected she feels to the Barbadian singer.

In May last year, the iconic singer welcomed her first child with the award-winning rapper ASAP Rocky. And now, like Correa and Rodriguez, the two of them are about to welcome their second child together.

During her iconic Superbowl performance, the singer grooved to her song, Rudeboy. A snippet of her singing to the song’s chorus made its way to Instagram. Which the baseball player’s wife shared in her Instagram story. She captioned the story as “me.”

Rihanna and Rodriguez, the two of them, might be worlds apart from each other, but they are going through the same and most important chapter of their lives. Both are embracing this chapter as beautifully as possible.

Former model Rodriguez and baseball player Correa met for the first time in the ballpark in 2016. It had happened when the model threw the first pitch of an Astros game. They had started dating shortly. And after being together for a year, the baseball player decided to take his relationship to the next level.

The moment the Houston Astros won their first World Series in 2017, Correa decided to make the event even more significant. Right at that moment, he proposed to his then-girlfriend on live television. Two years after that, they got married, and after another two years, they welcomed their first child. Therefore, one might say Correa and Rodriguez’s relationship is nothing short of a fairytale.
