Injuries are a part of almost every game. But sometimes, those injuries can be life-threatening as well. NFL team Buffalo Bill’s Damar Hamlin collapsing on the field right after a violent tackle is one such example. During Monday night’s football showdown with the Bengals, after collapsing on the field, Hamlin was found to be in critical condition. Complete information has not yet been released, but it happened in the first quarter when Hamlin tackled Bengals receiver Tee Higgins, and Higgins landed on him. At 8:55 p.m., he collapsed on the pitch after attempting to rise from the tackle. For several minutes, medical staff worked on Hamlin before taking him to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
Soon after this, the game got suspended, and everybody from the NFL, MLB, and the rest of the sports world has been praying for Hamlin’s speedy recovery.

At first, they suspended the game between the Bengals and the Bills for a few minutes while Hamlin received treatment on the field. But later, he was taken to the hospital. The game was then officially suspended after an hour.

The horrific injury has left MLB players like Mike Trout devastated and praying for his recovery. As of now, everybody is praying and wishing for Hamlin’s speedy recovery. And a person named ‘Jordon Rooney,’ who is claiming to be Hamlin’s marketing executive said that his vitals are back to normal. Below are some of the reactions:

His speedy recovery is what matters to everybody right now. Watching such a young player collapsing on the field like that could not have been easy for anyone.
Who is Damar Hamlin?
NFL’s 2021 draft out of Pittsburgh picked Damar Hamlin in the sixth round and is now a second-year player for the Bills. Hamlin’s path from his childhood to being a 24 year was not easy. But he rose above all of it and enjoyed a great football career, earning him a scholarship for his hometown’s team, Pitt.
