New York Yankees Star Alex Rodriguez Once Revealed the Secret Behind Jennifer Lopez’s Ageless Beauty and Why She Is a ‘Role Model for Health and Fitness’

Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez made one of the most popular and powerful couples in the world. One entertained the sporting world for over 20 years in MLB, while the other one is still shaking the stage with her fine performances.

It has been over a year since A-Rod and Jennifer ended their relationship. But even to date, the two make it to the headlines for their four-year-old relationship. Even though their relationship did not last long enough, A-Rod and Jennifer always admired each other for their manners, behaviors, and such things.

Dating back to 2017, when A-Rod and Jennifer were new in their relationship, the former Yankee heaped praise on Jennifer. Not only did he compliment her ageless beauty, but the Yankees legend also revealed a couple of reasons why she is so beautiful.

Per an exclusive interview with Bethany McLean of Vanity Fair in 2017, Alex Rodriguez revealed the happiest state of his then-girlfriend Jennifer Lopez. The former Yankee said Lopez finds herself happiest only at home.

Later, in the interview, A-Rod also revealed why J.Lo is so pretty. And he credited her for getting at least eight hours of daily sleep. He also called her the role model for health and fitness. 

“Lopez is happiest at home, in pj’s, eating chocolate-chip cookies with friends. She and Rodriguez like to talk in terms of “reveals”: the unexpected moments that tell you who someone else is,” Bethany wrote about A-Rod and J.Lo.

“An early one for him, he says, was discovering that Lopez was “the role model for health and wellness. She rarely drinks. She tries to get at least eight hours of sleep.” He adds, “That helps explain why she’s so beautiful.”

However, little did anyone know that this relationship will last only four years. In 2021, A-Rod and Jennifer broke up with each other for personal reasons.
