Alex Rodriguez has donned many a hat over the years – baseball player, sports team owner, businessman. But the one that he’s the most proud of is father. In 2002, at the height of his career, A-Rod married Cynthia Scurtis, a psychology graduate. Unfortunately, the couple’s marriage didn’t last long and they divorced in 2008. But a good thing to come out of their relationship was their daughters, whom A-Rod never fails to boast about.

Natasha and Ella Rodriguez, born in 2004 and 2008, respectively, are a constant highlight on the former Yankee’s social media. Like most proud parents, Rodriguez often shares family moments on Instagram. And if they’re to do with his daughters, Scurtis also features in them sometimes. And recently, the former couple’s oldest daughter achieved a major milestone.

The other two pictures showed a closeup of the awards – one was her diploma while the other said ‘Best Thespian’.
