Apart from being an excellent ballplayer and leader in the ballparks, the New York Yankees legend Derek Jeter was also equally good at his screen presence. Notably, in Sandler’s Anger Management, Captain Clutch made a cameo of ten seconds. While using a popular term from the movie itself, Jeter calmed down a fellow actor who was notably getting angry in the film.

Derek Jeter knows how to leave an everlasting effect

The movie Anger Management got released in 2003, and a scene of it got shot in Yankee Stadium. In the movie, during a Yankees game, the protagonist Dave (Adam Sandler) came into the ballpark to profess his love to the woman who was going to marry someone else. Notably, the players (actors) in the game were getting restless because of the unnecessary stoppage in the game. That’s when Derek Jeter chimed in and made the environment calm and composed.

“Chill Rocket. Goosfraba. Goosfraba,” said Jeter. That’s all it took. Four words, ten seconds, and Jeter got the job done. ‘Goosfraba’ is a term that got used in the movie which is meant to calm down.
