The New York Yankees are ready to take on the West Coast. Third in the current AL East standings, the Yankees just witnessed the return of Luis Severino. Carlos Rodon is also on his way back to the roster, and things are looking up. The Bronx Bombers emerged victorious against the San Diego Padres after a disheartening loss in the series opener. But the next two days looked good; captain Aaron Judge had his usual good outings with his teammates lending their talent too.

The reigning AL MVP had to serve an IL stint early on in the 2023 season but his comeback more than made up for it. In fact, fans serenaded him with chants of “M-V-P” at the recent game vs the Friars; Judge is certainly making a strong case for a consecutive title. And now he’s ready for any challenges the other side of the country might present.
