Nestor Cortes Jr. has struggled this season after an All-Star appearance last year. He?s had a few decent outings, but has been largely inconsistent thus far. Most recently, Cortes Jr. said that the Yankees? rivalry with the Red Sox has died down over the last couple of years. In fact, he rates competing with the Toronto Blue Jays and the Tampa Bay Rays higher in recent years. This is because the Boston-based team has struggled to win games over the last couple of seasons.
