Kobe Bryant passed away in a tragic helicopter crash that killed 9 people in total. The third anniversary of his death recently passed and people have been paying tribute to the NBA legend. Bryant was many things to many people, a father, a husband, and an absolute legend. But apart from all these things, he was also a baseball fan.

The Los Angeles Lakers legend was regularly seen at MLB games, watching the Los Angeles Dodgers games in particular. Recently, Kobe’s one of the most iconic moments in a Dodgers uniform has been doing rounds on the internet.

A Twitter account called “Baseball” recently shared that video in honor of Bryant’s third death anniversary. It shows Bryant smiling wide before clapping and just enjoying the moment.

In the Tweet, they said, “3 years ago today, the world lost Kobe Bryant. Everyone enjoy this video of Kobe throwing out the 1st pitch at Dodger stadium 💔”. This video is truly iconic as it captures Kobe Bryant, the baseball fanatic. The Lakers’ legend was a regular at Dodgers games and would always show his support for the team.

According to For The Win, Kobe Bryant was “fresh off of a title run with the Lakers” when he threw out the first pitch. Furthermore, it was apparently after his first title with the Lakers. This means that Bryant had been a Dodgers fan as early as 2000.
