Michael Jordan still teases Derek Jeter over his championship count

Talking about Michael Jordan, the Chicago Bulls legend gave a new direction to the NBA. Having played for over 15 years of the Chicago Bulls, Jordan won six championships for the NBA franchise. A 14-time All-Star with six Finals MVPs, Jordan established himself as the greatest of the game.

The same goes for MLB legend Derek Jeter. During his 20 years of a baseball career, Jeter played only for the New York Yankees and made them one of the most dominating sides in MLB’s history.

Knowing that Jordan and Jeter are long-time friends, the NBA legend teases Jeter for his winning one more championship than him. Per The Sports Rush, when the interviewer asked Jeter if he thinks about Jordan having six championships, the Yankees legend said Jordan reminds him all the time.

“Think about it? Of course, I think about it. He reminds me all the time,” Jeter said.

Derek Jeter devoted his entire professional career to the New York Yankees. And it was worth it. Because winning five championships is no joke in a league as competitive as Major League Baseball. But he did it in style.
