Positioned at number eight in the Western Conference, the Minnesota Timberwolves have officially sealed their position in the play-in round and will take on the mighty Los Angeles Lakers tonight. The Timberwolves’ journey to the play-in round was never easy, with multiple ups and downs throughout the season. But standing beside the team, through thick and thin, was their visionary co-owner and $350 million worth business star, Alex Rodriguez, and his girlfriend Jaclyn Cordeiro.

As the Timberwolves took on the New Orleans Pelicans in the final game of the regular season, seasoned ticket holders A-Rod and Jaclyn Cordeiro found the company of business partner and co-owner, Marc Lore – who added to the Timberwolves’ good luck.

The Timberwolves won their previous game against San Antonio Spurs 131-151 on the road at Moody Centre thanks to Jaclyn Cordeiro choosing to dawn the color green. Now, Minnesota Timberwolves beat the Pelicans at home, 113-108 in the presence of A-Rod, Jaclyn Cordeiro, and billionaire Marc Lore.

A-Rod and Jaclyn have seemingly not missed a single Timberwolves game at home. And this time, if the Timberwolves are able to up the ante, their proud owners may watch them in their first conference semi-finals since 2003.

How are A-Rod and Marc Lore doing on the payments end?

Multiple sources have stated that Alex Rodriguez and Marc Lore have submitted their second installment of payment for the Minnesota Timberwolves and Minnesota Lynx. Following the payment, the pair now collectively possess a 40% ownership stake in the Timberwolves.
