According to recent reports, Joe Lacob, the owner of the Golden State Warriors, has shown interest in buying the Los Angeles Angels. A Tweet shared by theScore confirms the Warriors owners’ interest. In the Tweet, theScore said, ?Warriors owner Joe Lacob might be interested in the Angels. ???

They also shared a statement made by Lacob on The TK Show, a podcast hosted by Tim Kawakami. While on The TK Show, Lacob said this at 28:38 ?It?s been reported that we?re looking at it, and that?s true. I don?t know what we?re going to do yet, I grew up there, it?s a little bit of an attraction for me, I was a peanut vendor for seven years. I lived a mile from that stadium. That stadium?s been around for a long time. I?ve always felt that it had great possibilities.?
