When coming across tall individuals, one automatically thinks they must be good at basketball. Height gives players an advantage in scoring hoops and it certainly doesn’t hurt their play. But that is not the case with the New York Yankees captain Aaron Judge. Despite being one of the tallest sportspersons in the sporting world, the Yankees slugger chose baseball over any other sport. However, his love for basketball is not gone anywhere.
Recently, Judge paid his visit to a New York Knicks game, and guess what happened next? The Knicks star Julius Randle, who is 6’8″ in height, failed to dwarf the Yankees slugger when the two shared a moment during the game. Watching the two standing next t each other, fans went gaga over their heights.

The newest captain of the Yankees is considered one of the best baseball players ever since he made his MLB debut in 2016. His powerful play on both sides of the ball makes him a formidable player and it’s easy to see why he was made captain. Judge is quite the player and some of his talents come from his impressive size, with 6ft 7in height, which is much taller than any average pro baseballer.
While Randle is himself 6ft 8in, he couldn’t dwarf the Yankee sitting courtside at his game. Talkin’ Yanks and Talkin’ Knicks shared a video of the two sportsmen embracing after an exhilarating game. And while Randle was standing a step up from where Judge was, it’s anyone’s guess what the two would look like standing side by side.
When talking about the game, the Knicks were playing against the Cleveland Cavaliers and beat the Cavs 105-103. Judge was in attendance at the game and Randle went up to greet him with a hug. And it was entertaining to see the two giants interact with each other.
Fans are blown away by the two player’s towering sizes
Fans talked about their worlds colliding at seeing players from two different sports coming together. And they couldn’t say enough about how one player towered over the other. But everyone had different opinions on their height as to who looked taller and who was shorter. In addition, some want Judge to join the NBA because he already has a history of achievements in basketball. While some want Randle to start pitching for the MLB.
