It’s been over a week since baseball legend Alex ‘A-Rod Rodriguez‘s NBA team Minnesota Timberwolves got kicked out of the playoffs by the Denver Nuggets. Even though Alex Rodriguez does not have his team in the playoffs, his interest in the game still hasn’t declined. Hence, after taking a short vacation to the neighboring country, Canada, Alex swiftly came back to the arena to watch the games. MLB great Alex Rodriguez has always been an ardent sports fan. Hence, no matter if his team isn’t playing anymore, the sports enthusiast in him took him to enjoy the game between two faces of the modern era of basketball, i.e., Stephen Curry and LeBron James.
Both A-Rod and Cordeiro took to their Instagram handles to share with fans the enthusiasm they had during the game. While Alex simply put on a picture of the arena where James could be seen, Cordeiro put on a couple of stories showcasing the iconic Curry and James. As they did so, Euphoria’s star Zendaya with boyfriend Tom Holland went viral from the stands.

How did A-Rod’s dream of owning a sports team become a reality?
At first, the MLB icon wanted to change the MLB world and bring it to the same level as NBA and NFL. Hence, with his ex-fiancee Jennifer Lopez and business partner Marc Lore, he tried to buy the baseball franchise New York Mets.
However, the trio could not compete against now-owner Steve Cohen’s bid and hence lost the deal. Then, Alex got the opportunity to buy the Timberwolves and Lynx. Needless to say, with billionaire Marc Lore by his side, he jumped at the opportunity and became a co-owner of the team in 2021. And the rest is history.
