It’s been a month since the Colorado Rockies’ shortstop Cole Tucker and Hollywood flame Vanessa Hudgens announced their engagement. Speculations about their engagement have been going on since the couple took a trip to Paris in November 2022. However, as they became an officially engaged couple on Instagram in early Feb, the couple received millions of wishes from the baseball and Hollywood world.

The shortstop and High School Musical actress have been dating each other since sometime in 2020. They met during a meditation group on Zoom, and that was it. Amid the pandemic’s chaos in the entire world, they found solace in each other. And now, when Vanessa posted a picture from her engagement party, Tucker couldn’t help himself but remain smitten by his fiancee.

Cole Tucker and Vanessa Hudgens: a fairy tale love story?

Meeting people online has become quite common, but finding someone with whom a person wants to spend the rest of his life is not yet common. While seeking out serenity in the pandemic, Vanessa and Cole met and fell head over heels for each other.

Soon as Vanessa posted the picture, wishes started pouring for her, and notably, her fiance, Cole Tucker, was one of them. As Hudgens stood before a wall that said: “Engaged,” her fiance wrote, “Mrs T.”

A few days ago, when the baseball player posted a picture of him all dolled up in the Rockies’ jersey, he had left Hudgens enamored. And now she did the same.

 Hudgens or Tucker, who made the first move?

A couple of months after going Instagram official in February 2021, the actress revealed who made the first move on Drew Barrymore’s Show. The High School Musical actress called the athlete perfect for her and said she goes after them if she wants someone or something.

Therefore, it was the actress who made the first move by sliding into the DMs of the Rockies’ shortstop. From the looks of it, it won’t be wrong to say that it is indeed a fairy tale love story, which no one saw happening.
