Dykstra’s comments usually divide opinion but the retired baseball star recently wished a climate activist a happy birthday. The climate activist that he wished is none other than 20-year-old Greta Thunberg. But while wishing her, he also remembered someone from his past.

That must have been awesome to be in centerfield when Doc Gooden pitched and have a great view to watch his curve ball drop. Probably tough not to laugh at the batters. 😂

This is not the first time that Dykstra has tweeted about the activist either. The MLB legend recently ridiculed her for her comments on Andrew Tate. Coming back to Dwight Gooden, he and Dykstra once achieved something very special while playing together.
