Even today, eight years after retiring from the ballpark, Alex Rodriguez stands as one of the most popular entities in modern-day baseball. Major credit for that goes to the way he built A-Rod Corp after calling it quits from the park and has successfully joined the list of most successful athlete-turned-entrepreneurs, alongside big names like Michael Jordan. Analogous to that, most recently, Alex Rodriguez made an appearance alongside a modern-day superstar singer, a few hours after sharing space with NFL star Aaron Rodgers as Miami Heat beat the Knicks in Madison Square Garden.

Wall Street Journal author Candy Valentino shared a story from a conference that housed the likes of Yankee legend Alex Rodriguez, along with singer and songwriter John Legend, which was eventually reshared by Alex Rodriguez.
