Mike Trout, who plays for the Los Angeles Angels, is going through a slump. Mike Trout rejected rumors and speculations that his struggles are because of his poor fitness. The 31-year-old affirmed that he is fully fit and is in the best shape all his career. According to ocregister.com, Trot shared, ?Actually, this is the best I?ve ever felt. It?s a little frustrating because you feel like you?re getting a lot of opportunities and you?re not coming through. But it?s baseball. It?s a long season. Things will turn around.?

Trout then answered the question about all the opportunities he was getting even after a poor run. He said, ?It?s frustrating because you?re getting a lot of chances and you?re not coming through for your team. That?s what it comes down to. As a competitor, you want to go out there and do your best and be your best. Sometimes things aren?t right. It?s tough.?

Lately, the situation seems to be improving for the player. His last two outings have been fruitful, with two consecutive home runs to his name. Trout played a crucial role in the latest game against the Orioles. He scored a run and had 2RBIs to his name. Helping the Angels level the series against the Orioles, he finished with an average of 0500 and an OPS of 1.850.
