Baseball legend Derek Jeter played the game for over two decades. Because of his iconic play, he led his team to five world series wins. Individually, Jeter earned countless accolades, and his fame also led him to partake in multiple commercials as well. Eventually, Jeter’s net income went up to hundreds of millions, and after bidding farewell to the game in 2014, he became the second wealthiest retired ball player. The surplus of income that the Hall of Famer had had to go somewhere. One of those places was the former Yankee’s Florida mansion that he bought in 2012 for $15.5 million.
The ex-slugger completely turned the estate around before he went ahead and sold it for a massive price of $22.5 million in May 2021. Not to forget, before selling the mansion, having seven bedrooms, twelve bathrooms, and countless other amenities, Jeter had rented it out to the NFL legend Tom Brady. The former quarterback had shifted to Florida before his first season with the Buccaneers in 2020. And now, the mansion that broke the area’s sales record is about to get dwarfed.

Almost a year after Jeter sold the Tampa mansion in 2021, news came that it is set to be demolished. This news had hardly circulated that other information surrounding Jeter’s famous mansion is already taking up the heat.
