Jennifer Lopez’s Ex-husband Once Shed Any Bitter Feelings to Enjoy Her Then-Boyfriend Alex Rodriguez’s Company at a Magnificent Party

Alex ‘A-Rod’ Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez are both socially outgoing individuals and also attended several parties as a couple. They once even partied together with Lopez’s ex-husband for company, back in 2017. The celebrity pair were on a trip to the Dominican Republic at the time. However, it wasn’t merely fun and parties for them, as the couple was visiting the country for a noble cause. 

As one might know, both ‘A-Rod’ and Lopez have had various star-studded relationships even before dating each other. So Lopez was once married to the famous singer and actor Marc Anthony from 2004 until their divorce in 2014. Anthony and Lopez also gave birth to a pair of twin children, Emme and Max, during their time together. Nonetheless, the former married couple maintained friendly ties, despite breaking up.

Interestingly, Rodriguez and Lopez had their first personal acquaintance, when the popstar was married to Anthony. It was 2005, and the New York Yankees were playing against the New York Mets. The venue was the Mets’ home ground, Shea Stadium. Lopez went along with Anthony, who is obviously a Mets supporter.

A-Rod had his introductory conversation with Lopez before the game began, as the two stalwarts of their respective professions shook hands. Anthony and Lopez were primarily in attendance to throw the celebrity pitch of the game. As is obvious, ‘A-Rod’ was playing for the Yankees at the time. However, after the game concluded, the MLB icon and Lopez didn’t cross paths for more than a decade.

It was in 2017 that ‘A-Rod’ and Lopez had a co-incidental meet-up at a luxurious hotel in Los Angeles. Two friends soon became lovers, as both got mutually smitten by each other’s charm. As they began dating, Lopez moved in with Rodriguez, bringing along her twin children. Lopez’s twins soon blended in with Rodriguez’s daughters, and they began living like a real family.

So in 2017, ‘A-Rod’ and Lopez embarked on a trip to the Dominican Republic, taking their kids along. Wherein Lopez also performed with her ex-husband Anthony at a show in Casa de Campo. Later that night, the celebrity trio of Rodriguez, Lopez, and Anthony partied at a deluxe villa in La Romana. But most importantly, Rodriguez and Lopez visited The Fundacion MIR to donate essential school items to the elementary school kids. 

How did the family of the two lovers come along? 

According to a report by the Page Six journal, speaking about Rodriguez and Lopez, a source added, “Their kids have also really bonded and become good friends. A-Rod’s older daughter, Natasha, is like a big sister to J.Lo’s twins (9-year-olds Max and Emme).”

While as per the same source, describing Lopez, Rodriguez said, “It’s obvious (that) we’ve been having a great time. She’s an amazing, amazing girl, one of the smartest human beings I’ve ever met, and also an incredible mother.”
