The MLB legend, without any hesitation, said, “And lost, you know, lost my way a little bit and started gaining some weight. Wasn?t focusing on my health as much.”
He was stressed by the situation, especially with his business tours in Miami and LA. But since his girlfriend, Jaclyn, who was on the show as well, told him, “You gotta get yourself in a better shape.? To which the MLB legend said, “I just changed my routine.”

A-Rod shared his daily routine with his fans on the show. He revealed since he wakes up in the morning, he doesn’t scroll his phone till noon. He goes to the gym at 8 and works out for a couple of hours. Next, the icon returns home and takes a sauna, steam, and meditation. After these sessions end, Rodriguez revealed, “I?m on my desk every day from 12-6 and I come home.”?
There’s more to share as A-Rod has changed his diet as well. He revealed, “I eliminated steak a little bit from my diet and then I added this kind of 45 minutes of walk right after dinner.” These are not highly tough schedules, but the legend stated it has been helping him really well.
