Alex Rodriguez has established himself as one of the most successful sports personalities ever. Even with his humble beginnings, the former New York Yankees star overcame all the adversities and turned out to be one of the best in MLB. The Yankees legend does not play the game anymore. But he remains a hot topic in the MLB town because of his different roles; be it as an analyst for ESPN or FOX.

Amid his expert panel appearance, he shared a video on his official Instagram handle. In the video, young A-Rod can be seen making his first hit as a professional Major League Baseball player. The video is captioned as “July 1994, my first hit in the bigs. A single off the Red Sox’s Sergio Valdez. I still remember it like it was yesterday.” As soon as he hits the ball and it passes the outfielder, he runs for his life to make it the first base hit of his career.
