“Learn to Deal With Failure, Cause It’s Coming”- Yankees Legend Derek Jeter Once Gave Advise to Young Players on How to Become Better at Game

Taking advice from the best in the field helps most, as they have already experienced what a person will face in the future. Learning from experienced people helps. That is what baseball legend Derek Jeter did.

He advised the young players that, if applied, would help them in their journey coming ahead. He doesn’t want the players to make the same mistakes that he did and wants them to be prepared for the upcoming challenges.

Derek Jeter says failure is inevitable!

The path to success always has a few or more bumps on it. But things become easier for the person if one is prepared for it.

“Learn to deal with failure, cause it’s coming. I don’t care how good you are, how good you think you are, you got to fail,” the shortstop said. It does not matter how good a person is at his job, failure does strike sometimes. And learning how to deal with them only helps the person to become even stronger. 

At the start of his career, the shortstop himself made many errors. He also once got told that he was going back to the Minors. If Jeter hadn’t learned to overcome the obstacles, and if he didn’t learn to deal with the failures, maybe he would not be where he is right now.
