Celebrity feuds, haven’t we come across some or the other? Whether it’s Taylor Swift and Kayne or Nicki Minaj and Cardi B. But there is another feud that has been going on for a decade between two of the best rappers in the country—Kendrick Lamar and Drake! These two have been at each other’s throats for a hot minute and it’s far from over. The feud took an ugly turn when early this year, Lamar released a diss track directed at Drake and J.Cole’s song, “First-Person Shooter.”

There have been various debates, talks, and opinions about it ever since. There seem to be two groups, those who support Lamar and the other Drake. And now even LA Dodgers stars Mookie Betts and Jack Flaherty have given their two cents on the ongoing drama. And they both are in the same boat, supporting Kendrick Lamar!

Mookie Betts and Jack Flaherty pick the ONE “correct” side
At the podcast, On Base with Mookie Betts—expect nothing but clear-cut answers. The slugger asked Flaherty to pick the “correct side” when it comes to the entire feud between Drake and Lamar, and Flaherty chose the latter. He said, “When you see what Kendrick did when you see what he did with the city when he did his little pop-up show and had everybody out there playing it over and over again, you can’t say he didn’t win.”
Mookie Betts agreed with Jack Flaherty and said, “I think I kind of agree with that, man. Kendrick went crazy.” To which the co-host replied, “Once he did the show, once he did the pop-up show,” he continued, “and he had all those people there,” Betts said, completing his sentence. However, the duo did appreciate Cole and his gesture of removing the comeback diss called “7 Minute Drill” off music platforms.

According to the Dodgers stars, it was a wise move. Regardless of who is supporting whom, things are undoubtedly on the dark end with Lamar and Drake. The Canadian, on his track, “Family Matters,” accused Kendrick of domestic abuse. Given that even KDot didn’t hold back in his tracks and accused Drake of trafficking and having a secret child. The list goes on; the accusations get wilder!
But while feuds come and go, not everyone gets to witness a dog throw a pitch—this is what Mookie Betts couldn’t get over with!

The real star of the Ohtani household revealed!
Shohei Ohtani is undoubtedly the ‘star’ this season but wait–he nor his wife are the only stars of the Ohtani family. Because believe it or not – Decoy is famous too. Remember, Decoy just got gifted a custom dog bowl by a stellar artist–such is his popularity. And as if that limelight wasn’t enough, Decoy decided to head to the diamond! Is he after Ohtani’s crown?
Yes, Decoy stole the spotlight by throwing the first pitch at the Dodger stadium before the Dodgers vs. Orioles game. A move even Mookie Betts and Gunnar Henderson were excited about. Betts couldn’t help but rave about the pup, “That was one of the coolest things in the world,” raving about the pitch. Meanwhile, Henderson too chimed in, “I was impressed with that; it was awesome.”

Betts further said, “I mean, his dog being that elite makes sense because playing with Ohtani is one of the coolest things in the world.” Well, a superstar dad, who joined the 43/43 club–the only player to do so, so of course the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree!
Plus, only recently Dodgers played Santa and gave away bobbleheads to fans and Decoy is so famous that along with their star player Ohtani, even Decoy featured on those bobbleheads. And you wouldn’t even be able to guess how much it went for on eBay!
