It has been a tough start to the season for the Oakland Athletics so far. They have lost eleven straight games and are last in the AL West standings. In this difficult time, the Athletics fans have not backed the team either, as having less attendance during their home games has been a talking point this season. And making the situation even more difficult, even the Houston Astros did not hesitate to mock the Athletics and their fans.
Talking about the game, it was another big series loss for the Athletics. And after winning the series, the Astros pointed toward their win, and the near-empty stadium and took a dig at the A’s in a brutal social media move.

Notably, it came after the Astro’s thumping win over the A’s, completing a series sweep. The game saw overall dominance from the Astros as they put ten runs on the board, and in reply, the Athletics had only one to show. The start was good for the A’s until the fourth innings when they lost control and suffered another defeat at the home field.

I don't like that, as an Astros fan. We had dark times during the tanking era and we know what it is in Houston to lose a pro team because of the owner.
